Black History in Quilts with Allyson Allen

Join Textile Artist and Culture Bearer Allyson Allen, in partnership with the California Arts Council and Center for Cultural Power, as she discusses her inspirations when creating her award-winning art quilts, including the Civil Rights Movement, the quilts of Gee's Bend, the origins of Black History Month, and influential Black Inventors, explorers and trailblazers.
